Dehydrated Strawberry Slices

Grown just down the road in Lodi and sliced by hand, these strawberries are slowly dried to concentrate their bright, sweet-tart flavor and ruby color. Each slice keeps the berry's natural shape, making a striking garnish for champagne spritzes, margaritas, and mocktails. You can also float them in sparking water or scatter them over desserts and charcuterie boards. 

This is a limited small batch release, made in quantities as small as our local harvest allows. Once they're gone, they're gone until the next harvest.
